That really doesn't mean anything. If you are not having success with your current wheat seed, please try another seed source. It might not be anything you are doing wrong, just the seed you are using.

Below photo's are the four seeds we plant in soil and grow into greens. The peas and sunflower greens are added to the Hippocrates famous GREEN JUICE. Peas can be grown the same as wheatgrass. The sunflower is a bit different and must have a weighted tray on top of them for 5 days, and an inverted tray on top for 2 more days (to keep them dark). Use the small black or black oil seeds, bird seed is fine to use, no need to worry about them not being organic. Refer to the wheatgrass DVD for more details.
